Newbie to nitrous setup, got a few questions...

Right now all I have on my car is intake, ypipe, cat, and stillen axle back....I was going to get the step 1 cold plugs, and buy a 35-60 shot wet kit..... Im not too familiar with the whole nitrous dealio... my questions are:
1. With what I have right now, and just putting in new plugs, what is the best shot to get?
2. By running 35-60 shot on an all stock motor with a few bolt ons, I shouldnt run into any problems, meaning, stuff breaking, things blowing up etc. etc...I hear that stock VQ's can handle good amount of nitrous without having any troubles... but just making sure...
3. Will I have to get any sort of ECU upgrade, or safc, or anything along those lines???
Just fill me in, im pretty new to the whole spraying setup... Thanks!

1. You could run a 60 shot easily
2. Nitrous does not harm motors if used correctly.... Do not listen to anyone who says otherwise.
3. No.... worst is a fuel pump ($95)
