Ok im about to drop my Walbro 255 in and my SARD FPR also. I wanna try running a 100 shot but i wanna use race gas for that little extra insurance of no boom boom. Any recomendations as to a brand and type.

 

I try to use a 1:4 ratio with race fuel. I try to get to the track with 1/4 tank, and I add 1 gallon of red racing fuel. When you get to the track, ask the guy at the pump which one is unleaded, and that is the one you want. Most of the race gas is leaded, and there is usually only one choice. I think that with 4 gallons of 94 octane from Sunoco adding 1 gallon of 114 octane race fuel brings it up to about 97. And since the computer is not used to that gas, it is enough for detonation to be reduced, and the engine management is not affected.
