install questions

Finally have my kit and am planning the install.

First how do you mount the solinoids? I don't see how they attach?

Next is anyone using a blowdown tube? I got one with the gen X kit?

Lastly how do I know I'm tapping into the correct fuel line for a wet kit?

I'm sure I'll have more questions before the install is done! thx

The only way to mount the solenoids is to get a bracket, and mount the solenoids from the little screw holes on the bottom of the solenoid, and then mount the whole bracket. There is no right or wrong, just looks good or looks bad. I never even mounted mine. The routing of all the nitrous lines were able to support the weight of them.

Thanks, I found the screws that go into the bottom of the solenoids. Nowhere in the NX instructions does it say how to attach them to the brackets. Their wiring diagrams are good but they do not do a good job at telling you how the parts fit together.

So does the FPSS go before or after the fuel solenoid?

Some good closeups of how things go together. Where the lines are run and where the wires are attached.

I'll take some shots of the details as I go if someone wants to upload.

A good how to would be good with step by step instructions on how to tap in and mount everything.
