Not sure if this is a repost or not, but I haven't seen it on here. Some guy forgot to turn off his bottle warmer on his 3rd gen, that's what I heard.

BTW, he admits the heater was on, but also says the blow off valve failed and that's why there was an explosion.

You can tell who's been on the Org for a really long time. Those pics are when I still had a 3rd Gen and that was in 1998-2000. So, those were more than a couple of years ago. In fact, I don't even think the Org was around yet. I remember this from Bryan's 3rd Gen Forum.

Bryan? don't you mean Matt York?

but umm yeah.. they've been around a looooong time. I first saw them on Chad's forum on socrates.math.ohio-state.edu/~ccunning/ (ummm, is that bad that I still remember that?)

Its been over 4 years since that happened and it was caused because they guy put 2 disks in the blowoff valve thereby rendering it useless.

Any safety protective device can be defeated by a mild mannered idiot.

Shut it!
A little searching before a post is not too hard.
Use the "Poor mans search" for those who dont donate.
