yes i know nitrous oxide.. ehhee..( pray i type everything rite.. cause i type like... a... a.. civic owner)

okay i want to do a nitro setup.. but im to be honest afraid... of blowing up something.. like highschool chem lab.. college chem lab...

so i want to knwo if any Nyers have a setup.. and have any tiem avialable so i can take a look at it..

so far i have been working on my handling... and lights.. so i can see where im going and control where im going.. hehe .. now i want to GET THERE...

Also anyoneelse (non nyers) please post on what u recomend for someonen like me.. i want very small safe shot... so i dont blow my baby up..

also whats a compression test...?

also can i have the nos disconnected... like the Bottel out.. cuase i dont want it in my trunk all the time... ?

now can teh cansiter blow up in the summer... sitting in the trunk. cause it gets too hot...?

also what kin dof cans can i get...?

does anyone have the nitro inside their car... like in the cabin.. in smaller bottle forms..?

is there drawback to 2-3 smaller bottles opposed to large bottle...?

also do i have to get internals on engine redone to apply nos? like reinforce anything?

also i want to get a mevi... will this help cause it will produce more power in the higer ends..?

also what should i really monitor. temp wise..? tranny? etc.
i have an auto...

this is jsut for occasional once in a blue moon putting a mile between a ricer...

Yes a few have it.

If you are auto get a vb or dr mod, vb being 20 times better. And a 35 shot is real nice but if you want higher get walbro pump and one step colder plugs and you will be able to run a big shot. I will be running 100 soon.
also whats a compression test...?
It checks the pressure of each cylinder.

Its nitrous not NOS. And yes you can have it diconnected.
now can teh cansiter blow up in the summer... sitting in the trunk. cause it gets too hot...?
For it to get hot enought ot blow up the tempreture would need to be extremelly hot like 120+, so install a blow off valve and if it pressurizes too much it will blow the nitrous out till safe pressure.
also what kin dof cans can i get...?
Cans? You mean bottles, anywhere from 1 or 7oz to 20lb bottles. 10lb seam to be best in size and shape. Easy to find a place to mount it.
does anyone have the nitro inside their car... like in the cabin.. in smaller bottle forms..?
Yes Jime has is inside the cabin but its 10lb bottle. Not best place for it incase of accident (can become a projectile). Kepp it in trunk.
is there drawback to 2-3 smaller bottles opposed to large bottle...?
Yes you will need 3 bottle heaters and a few more parts to hook them all together, which will add up in cost. About 200-400+ atleast.
also do i have to get internals on engine redone to apply nos? like reinforce anything?
To run nitrous, we have strong engines so no you do not need to do any work. But if you auto do the vb or dr mod and if 5spd be ready to change clutch.
also i want to get a mevi... will this help cause it will produce more power in the higer ends..?
If you go get Mevi I would not run wet kit, it will puddle and cause back fires that will blow the intake apart. 00vi is better.

also what should i really monitor. temp wise..? tranny? etc.
i have an auto...
You need pf, if auto tranny temp, egt or wbo2. (WBO2 is better but cost $400+).

With all that said, the wet kits are the prefered kit on these cars. NX is one of the best companies and is widely used here (very popular here). It can be had for $440 new. But you looking to invest around $120-350 extra for a few extra things that you will need with the kit not including gauges and fuel pump. Walbro 190 high flow pump is best with wet kit. Its the GSS250 model unit and Copper or Iridium one step colder plugs are a must.
