Question about JWT nitrous program and a wideband o2

I just bought a full NX wet kit from a friend and Ive got pretty much everything I need to run it but I need to know what kind of wideband o2 I should get and if I should get the JWT nitrous program.

I already have a standard JWT upgraded ecu, is it worth it to get the nitrous program from JWT? My condern is that I wont be running a 65 shot, Ill be starting out with a 35 because my kit came with the nozzles for that and then eventually going up to 100 or 150. Is it safe to run nitrous while using a JWT ecu without the nitrous program? Provided I have all the other standard safety protocols? The kit also came with an MSD window switch, wich seems to me like one more reason not to get the JWT program.

As for a wideband, could someone list a few that I should look at? I searched for it, but all I found were people saying that getting a wideband is a good idea, but they didnt list any specific ones.

You may run into the problem that with the computer, the timing is advanced, and with nitrous, you are supposed to retard the timing. The JWT CPU that is prgrammed for nitrous retards timing when you are spraying. I would say you really need to talk to JWT, and see what they recommend. A J&S Safeguard may be part of the key.

Hi Ian. The JWT nitrous program is tuned for a certain shot. If you move up or down in shot, the program will be off.

Thats what I thought.

Jeff, what kind of wideband do you have? I've asked Matt a couple times already but I keep forgetting the name he tells me.

I wouldnt run the nitrous with regular ECU upgrade that u have now. I think book for nx spesifically says that you should not have timing advanced, instead it should be retarteded to prevent detonation. so i would just buy a stock ecu if i were you because if u get a nitrous program like calsonic said you will be stuck with a certain shot.
