FS: Hot Dog Cart in NJ
Selling my hot dog cart. Here's some delious copy pasta from my ebay auction (didn't sell). $3100.00 o/b/o. PM if your intersted or want more info and pics.

Features
Tubular Frame coated with Military Grade rust inhibitor.
Stainless Steel interior and exterior.
Wet steam table with 2 condiment pans. (Where the hot dogs, chilli and sauerkraut are cooked.)
2 seperate containers for cold condiments.
Large drainable ice bin for cold drinks. (Holds approximately 48 cans of soda.)
3 Compartment sink with hot and cold running water.
2 umbrellas. One red and white and one Blue and Yellow Sabrett logo'd.
Display case with shelf.
Lockable storage bin
1 Napkin Holder, 1 Straw holder, and 1 wax paper holder.
4 Tongs.
2 Extra stainless steel condiment containers.
Removable trash bin
8.3 gallon waste water tank.
Board of Health approved water hose for human consumption.
Leaf spring suspension. Most carts are just axles with no damping. Hit a bump and they will bounce for miles, with springs that doesn't happen as bad.
All of the orignal documents from CMFE, including operating instructions, cleaning guide, wiring diagram for trailer lights and turn signals, saftey tips, and Bill of Sale. (needed to register for NJ license plates)
There are a few minor quibbles that I will mention. There are some small burn marks on the steam trays. I can include the propane tank I used with it but it has been left outside and is rusty and quite ugly. If you have a new tank the propane control will need to be updated, it is a cheap part available at any hardware store, though I may do this myself before the auction ends. On the left fender there is an approximately 2 1/2 inch dent that is so minor it didn't show up in the pictures. The clear plexiglass sliding doors on the display case are scratched from using a too abrasive cleaner. Also, on the trailer arm the adjustable caster that attaches to the trailer is currently lost and the pipe it attaches to has been dented, hence the jackstand. This is a replaceable part from the manufacturer. And the Sabrett stickers plastered all around the cart are REALLY stuck on there, I don't want to risk taking them off and damaging the finish, but Sabrett is good advertising and I always used their products and never falsely advertised, you can try using another brand but people will know the difference! Other than those minor problems this cart is shiny, clean and ready to make money!!!
Some things I would like to add. Since the cart was only used for one season the tires have approximately 150 miles on them and are in like new shape. The longest trip this cart has been on was from the manufacturer to my home, I always sold hot dogs in town. And out of all the carts I have seen in person or on ebay this one has the widest, tallest tires which adds up to increased stability and safer highway driving. Your vehicle needs a 2" diameter ball hitch to tow. Cart weighs approximately 450lbs, please make sure you have vehicle that can tow this much weight.
