nope just a few scratches but its a glossy black phone so they arent noticable unless you really stare at the edges up close...its in perfect working condition

i had the screen blank out problem on my other chocolate and they kept giving me refurbished phones....finaly the last chocolate i recevied was 100% brand new and i only used it for about 2 months... i switched to the Q9m
