Up for sale is a near mint Uniden BCT8 police scanner. I bought this scanner two weeks ago for my road trip back to St Louis and really have no need for it any longer.
One of the great features of this scanner is that it has a feature that alerts you via sound and a red light of nearby Highway Patrol within 3 mile radius (they dont even have to be transmitting). This saved me more than 5 times as it alerted me of police way before my radar went off. This with a radar detector is an unstoppable force.
This scanner is great for beginners and anyone who has had a scanner before. I had never touched a scanner in my life it took me only a few hours before I got the hang of it.
I've also included a Radio Shack 36' (value $34.99) magnet mount whip antenna.
