As indicated in title, have both games in perfect shape. Have beat FEAR and enjoyed it. Playing online also enjoyable, better than all other online games I've played so far (not many just to be honest!).

Also have Condemned 2 which I am currently still playing a little. I just can't really get "into it" for some reason. Graphics and gameplay are nice, but the story and aspects where this guy springs into a "schizophrenic state" I just can't appreciate. Overall, it's pretty messed up game. Puts me to mind of The Suffering.

Either way. I'm interested in selling each game individually for $20 plus shipping. I figure shipping should be about $4-5 so $25 shipped each.

OR, I'm willing to trade one or both these games for a new Playstation game (1, 2, or 3). I'd be interested in the original Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Fatal Frame, God of War (I or II), Prince of Persia: Two Thrones, Heavenly Sword, Area 51: Black Ops, Drake's Fortune, Kingdom Hearts, Metal Gear Solid 4, or etc. Suggest a couple games you have and I might consider.
