Hi I'm selling my creative zen vision w 30gb because I found my self hardly using it. Most of the time it's just sitting in my car because that's the only place i listen to it at. I dont carry it around with me so it doesnt have any scratches or anything. The screen is great for viewing movies and pictures as it is a big 4.3" screen. No other mp3 player has this which is why i got it in the first place. I havent had any problems with whatsoever, turns on every time and the sound quality is great. For pictures you can use google image search keyword: creative zen vision w . it will show you what it looks like and mine looks pretty much like it because its like new.
