i wouldn't recommend using someone's lost phone. they call and report it as lost/stolen, someone tries to activate it, and the FBI shows up at their house! lol i may be over-exaggerating, but i'm sure they reported it, which makes it impossible to use until they call and reactivate it.

i could be wrong though... i wanted to the ebay thing with a bunch of phones. i work at a very large retail store (lol) and we have a lost and found...things in there for 3 months get tossed. one time there were like 7 phones in there i wanted to sell on ebay but decided against it, because it would look like i stole them lol

burn it!!!!! or set in the street and run it over, as you are over it hit the brakes to smear it on the ground,it works.... or so I heard.
