No. Please go to your local GameStop or EBgames store and ask for a used copy of GTA IV. Look at the disc. I'm 90% sure it will be all scratched up or it won't even come with the case or booklet. Their price $34.99 plus tax.

 

ditto to that, i paid $50 for a used copy with a few scratches and all manuals. any cheaper and you get the ones that were rented out and have a ton of scratches, no manuals, and burrito/pepsi crunchies on them.

I don't see how a scratched up copy from you local game store is a better deal than this.

 

just for your information they dont sell them all scratched up. and if it doesnt work you can return it. and also you have a week to return if you dont like it. you should just trade it in and get what you can for it.

 

Unfortunately, I have to disagree with you. There are plenty of GameStop and EBgames stores in my area and whenever I've wanted to buy a used game, the disc either had scratches/stains on it, or it did not come with the original case. Only once was I able to buy a used copy where it was in great condition. Most people who trade in their games, don't take care of them, because they don't plan on keeping them. If I were to trade my game in, they might give me $15 for it, and they'll turn around and sell it for $35. The game I'm selling is clean, almost new.
