02-06 3.5 SE's are all 5 speeds in manual form

05-06 SE-R's are all 6 speeds in manual form

07+ 2.5's and 3.5's are all 6 speeds in manual form.

It certainly is.. 3.5 6 m/t. It was a ***** to find. Nissan only made 5% in manuals and 6 cyl.
