I need to get some cash in hand to work on the Maxima. I plan on doing a 3.5 swap and a turbo. So, cash is good or 3.5 with low miles and turbo parts.

I have a 72' 240Z with 89k miles on it with over 150 psi compression on all cylinders. It is orange and was originallly a pale yellow color. Was half was restored about 10 years ago. Was never finished so the floors that were replaced now have surface rust but are solid. The rockers are repaired now even though I do not have pictures right now. I has a 5 speed transmission instead of 4 speed. I have also replaced the external alternator with a GM 3 wire internally regulated one. It also has fiberglass front fenders versus the old rusted ones you find on most of these cars. I have a few new parts to go along with it like: headlights, shocks, heavy duty headlight harness, and clutch master cylinder. I have over $3500 in the car. Pictures are in the link below.

I also have some S13/240SX parts. For 1989 to 1994 but some parts will work for upto 1998. I can PM prices on the parts.
