6th gen out, 7th gen in...

Traded my fiance's 56k mile 6spd 06 car for this 09 sport package 7th gen tonight.

Absolutely love it. Lowering it and tint asap.

Heres a quick pic...

6thgen losses another member to the 7thgen....,

But congrats on your purchase. I am sure you will miss us the 6thgeners. But don't worry, the 7thgen is just as nice as the 6thgen.

Just kidding, lol. Enjoy the new ride. Congrats on downgrading! No, I mean upgrading!!!

Nice choice on the color and let me be on of the first 6th genners to congratulate you on your upgrade. Might not have the same interior space or style but it looks damn good.

In just putting 100miles so far on this car it drives and performs better in my opinion than the 2006. The interior is better, and the seats are far more supportive than the 06. The 06 was a 6speed and the whole time we had it it gave us nothing but problems. Had a new transmission/clutch installed from Nissan and even after that the car did not shift correctly. I was so sick and fed up with it and just stumbled upon this. Came close to trading it for a new GTi, but found this 09 and snagged it instead.

Congrats man!

I test drove a few 2007-2008 Max SE's and SL's before I ended up going with a 2010 brand spanking new with 15 miles on the clock

7th gen's interior and exterior were just miles ahead. Great color choice too... I'm kinda partial to navy blue myself hahaha

Nice ride, you'll enjoy the sport package, it drives like it's on rails. I see your ZO6 in the garage(unless you just put the rims on it ) and wonder if you're also over on the LSX Forums.

I think it isn't a genuine congratulations statement when you got "congrats" and "but" in the same sentence haha. It's ok he's just jealous.

I thought the same thing

Normally... 6MT > CVT. But try commuting in DC/VA rush hour traffic each day and you'll grow to love the automatic in these cars

You can tell its a Z06 because of the "coupe" body style..

Been doing it with my 6spd for a couple of years now and no complaints from me. I just live outside of fairfax. And this is with a lighter flywheel and an aftermarket clutch.

lol Thanks for the compliments on the Z. It is an 03 with 33k miles. Getting ready to take it to Daytona Beach on a road trip tomorrow actually. Love the Maxima, but the vette will look better down there lol.

Heres a shot of it...

I love the Z06, especially since the C5 style came in that coupe body instead of the hatch style of the regular vettes, clearly denoting that anyone in your way needs to move. Beautiful car AC, thats my dream lineup right there, max for the daily needs and the Z06 for when I cruisng with my buddies and the weekend.
