http://racinglineperformance.com/sho...p?IDProduct=19 There are instructions at the bottom of the page. I did this in about 30 minutes install with the proper tools. You may want a buddy to help you. These inserts are awesome. I installed them about 6 years ago and no problems with them.

I didn't have any issues with my order years back. Might want to give them a call. Maybe they had to make them for you. Probably not high in demand and made to order now.

You should have a phone number in your email or receipt of purchase. they only take emails from their website.

been almost 2 weeks...and still no motor mount inserts...
but my question to ALL...ive got my car with no front motor mount...radiator out....and the mounts I bought off ebay....

DO THESE MOTOR MOUNT INSERTS ACTUALLY FIT AFTER MARKET MOTOR MOUNTS?

IT JUST SEEMS THAT THE GAP WHERE U INSERT THEM INTO ARE A BIT SMALLER THAN THE ORIGINAL

you are going to need to lube them up. There are instructions on how to do this on the website and should come with the inserts in the mail.

This is really hard to understand, I purchased new motor mounts offline as well and used the inserts. Please post some pics so we can understand what you are talking about. Even a small mock up with MS Paint or something would be better than trying to explain it. I remember that the insert looked bigger than the opening in the mount, however when I used lube it slid right in. The insert looks like it sticks out a bit on the other side once in, however that does not effect anything.
