How is the ride on your 20s? I am having a hard time deciding if I should get 20's or 19's. 1 of my friends told me not to get 20's and to stick with the factory size (19"). He said the ride on 20s would be extremely uncomfortable for daily driving and that I would feel every bump in the road. Is this true for you all? I love the way the 20s fill up the wheel well but don't want to sacrifice that much ride quality. Fyi - I am lowered on Eibachs as well.

I recommend staying on 19's if you're worried about ride quality while already lowered. 20's look amazing on the car though.
I'm running the 2015 370 z wheels. The rear wheels are 19x10 and I had to roll my fenders and get a 265/35 tire to avoid rubbing, I'm also lowered with about .75" space between wheel and fender.
Hey Zar,
Just noticed you are in Dumfries. I am out here in the DMV as well. Do you happend to have a pic of the 370z wheels on your car? I was considering those as well and liked the fact that they were OEM and forged.
Here is my car with the wheels. I'm on eibach lowering springs as well. The tires are 245/40/19 in the front and 265/35/19 in the rear with rolled fenders in the rear. I have a guy in Woodbrige that does a great job rolling the fenders.

Looks very very good man! Wasn't sure if i would like the 5 spoke design on our cars but it def looks good. Did you get your fenders done by "Rolled by P"?
If anyone was curious. These are 20x10.5 square setup with +25 offset. There is too much poke for me but the wheels would look amazing on our car if anyone is interested in putting in the work. I can't justify slamming this car and cambering it out since I use it as a daily driver.
I have a 2016 sv and im lowered 1.5 inches on Eibach springs, if i get 20 by 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the back will i be ok. Or should i go with 19s
if you can find a square set up of the original GTR front wheels ( Those wheels are GTR) it should be 20x 9.5 and it should look pretty flushed.
That would be a great option, but it would be extremely hard to find a square set of 9.5s unfortunately unless purchased all individually. I actually ended up just buying a new set of wheels today.

you will be fine, just make sure you get the correct offsets.
I'm surprised -- 20s actually look small on the Maxima. I'm having trouble finding just pics of modded 8th gens. Great pics here, though. I actually had those same Niche wheels on my G37 convertible.
Just Joined today but I think my wheels will be delivered today. Went with 20x8.5 TSW Vale et40 and Yokohama 255/35/20. Will post pics when they arrive. I am kind of torn because the design is out of my safe zone lol but we will see
Just to confirm you are running 20x8.5 with a 40 offset with 245/35/20?
Im trying the same but with 255 and got rubbing on the inner well when doing one full turn of the steering wheel. Maybe I should try a smaller tire if this is working for you.

Hey Tyrell, I'm looking to swap my wheels I had on my 7th gen onto my new 8th gen. And my wheels are 20x10.5 as well with a +35 offset. I don't mind the poke with a stretched tire. Wanted to know what tires you have on those in the pix. Also do you have any other pix you could show or send? These are all blurry and you really can't see. Thanks.

Wow, that looks awesome. I was thinking about doing this to, but wasn't sure the rear wheels would fit. Do the 370z rear wheels stick out past the fenders? Can you post a pic of the side view of the front and rear if it's not too much trouble.
Ok so I took my 20's off. I commute 140+ miles a day and the ride quality was too bad on the SR suspension. I felt every small bump in the road. So back to 19's.
The wheel I'm looking at is 19x8.5 45offset. Would this rub? I want to go with 245/40/19 again. Anyone have this setup or have any insight?
I was thinking about it but afraid they will rub due to having 3 teenagers and having them in the back will cause it to rub again.
Hey oscar, no rubbing issues in front with the 9.5s? I'm looking into getting rohana rc10's 2 19x8.5F and 19x9.5R. Tire size also 245/35/19 but want bigger tire in rear. Any thoughts? Help me out. How's ride quality on your set up now and could you go larger tire in rear?
I'm trying to lower mines while running 20x10.5 KMC districts square you think its possible with coil-overs?
It's possible if your ready to spend some money. I'm running 20x10.5 in my rears and a 275/30 tire and had to roll fenders and I'm just on springs. I'm gonna get the fenders pulled a bit because I'm also going to coil overs. The fronts are gonna be way to aggressive to work, the 9's I have now rub a bit and yours poke out quite a bit. But, like I said if your willing to spend some money or you have the time and skills I'm sure anything is possible.

Reason: Mistake
I'm thinking about getting some custom fender flares added and painted on would that solve the issue if I go 275/30/20 with springs or coil overs. Discount tire is willing to give me those tires at no charge.

Yes if they cut your fenders and add fender flares then you would have no issues at all. Sounds expensive tho. If your dead set on those wheels you may need to explore stretched tires. But I don't see the front happening without flares. I'm no expert on this by any means. Just offering my opinion
I have a 2017 Maxima Platinum and replaced the 19" inch black wheels with 20" inch red and black MQ wheels staggered. The fronts are 245/35/20 and rears are 275/30/20. The fronts rub when I turn the wheel fully either to the right or left.
I just joined this forum and I'm interested in getting a Maxima and will possibly add aftermarket wheels. I compiled a list of wheel/tire fitment from what members have posted in hopes of helping myself and others with fitment. If there are errors or updates, please post them and I will update the list.
