I just had a box built for my 12W6 JL's. The box wieghs almost 100lbs. Every couple of days I pull out of my block and a guy in a red mustang v6 5speed is around me, we must leave for work the same time. We will sometimes get caught at the first light in town. He always nails it off the line, and I have never raced him due to all the cops in that part of town. Well, one morning we are caught at the same light, and I said hell with it I am just going to go. So the light turns green but I do not floor it, I am making sure he was going to do his speed away from the light thing. Than I floor it(not with my new box)and he keeps up threw first but as soon as I hit second I run past him, so I have about three to four cars on him by 60mph(no NOS). Well now with my new box in the car sux azz. I raced him again, this time I just floor it at the green light, he pulls on me in first and than second I stop he momentom but I could not catch him before I hit third, I was pulling a litle but I was not going to go over 85(in a 45)so I slow just as I hit third. DAMN box may have to go... Or have to ride around "bottle stapped"
