Gauges in DIN???

I know this can be done, I have seen somebody with their gauges in the din area. I want to move mine from the pod to the slot under the radio. Like where the flip up pocket or the push tray is. Wiring for this is no problem. What would I have to use to set them up in though? Like a hard piece of plastic that I would have to cut out. Anybody got any useful info on this??

Re: Gauges in DIN???

if you have 52mm gauges you can bore these 46mm holes to fit.

I think I will move the radio down to the bottom slot and make me something in the double din slot. Might have to use a little wood and paint it black.
