190-230, depends on how bad of a reoccurance of lead foot disease that I have. Generally I boost once a week, but I'm running rich without the fpr... I'm hitting 10-11 lbs of boost with the 8:1

2.87" SC pulley (11 psi) with 8:1 FMU disc, -1X% on the AFC from 3000+ RPM, and 80/20 mixture for water/methanol injection. WOT at least 5 times (> 4 seconds) on freeway to and from work.

300 miles before the light turns on.

I get about 300 to the tank full... Running SC on a 3.33 pulley.. I beat the crap out of car when I drive too. But it's like 75% highway miles.. Maybe that's why my tranny blew today

Wow, I did not think it was that much of a loss...I am getting 350 before the SC installation...and did not expect to go below 300 in worse case scenario, unkess you mean to.

2 times a day is not that much...IMO most of the time, I boost from 3rd - 4th. I rarely (about 3 times since SC isntall) boost from dead stop.

my tranny? she's moody and every month she will change from soft smooth shifting to butt-kicking hard shifting.

SC with stock pulley and FMU (12:1 I think). Boost a few times a week, around 5 seconds each, at 4.5 psi. 230-270 MPG.
