Technically you spelled my name wrong, but not that big of a deal. maxi, how did you go about compiling a list like that?

 

CoOlKiDs1979 sold his kit to me, so therefore he is no longer boosted. He is going turbo soon though the last time I talked with him.

 

To all : should I add two more clubs? 13second and 12second club? I know a few have a place in the 13second club with their NA Maximas


I updated the list again...add h2kFrosty to the turbo 5th gen and bosco500, brodaiga, s1rch to the SC 4th gen.

Josh: I never had a chance to thank you for your SC instruction. It is really helpful to me, esp when my belt shredded and I have to take off the blower for the first time. Thank you!

I initially start with a text file. Then I searched and dug into maxima.org and try to remember as many as I can. In a few days, I came up with the original list. Then with the help of everybody in this thread. This list gets updated once a while.


I plan to make a yearbook for all boosted Maximas. So far, I have SC/TC people here. I left a thread in N2O forum, but seems like they are too busy modifying their car.

 

I want to have a list of everyone who once or currently boosted. just something for us to remember... :sniff: :sniff:

i encountered a problem

im leakin boost

right where the Cold Air pipe connects to the MAF

there a wedged gap all around the MAF ...

now i put 2 n 2 together as to why im laggin , and the car is reacting weird to half throttle acc. responds, and the RPMS jumping

I've been outa the game for awhile. just came back to see what all this turbo talk has been about. I no longer have the max but, I've been thinking of getting another. So I think you can take me off the sc 4th gen list....

Yessum... I swapped over to a V2 cause that V1 was wicked loud, but all in all I am a happy camper... although there may be some new mods in the future.

 

how about the first turbo 5th gen i can think of... two-tone silver nissan owned maxima... eibach sponsored. it sits here in the nissan archives in socal along with goodrich skyline (the tire add's with the blue skyline?..) etc, ah!

i think sportcompact even did a following of it as a project car?

 

Does it belong to anyone or is it a company type car? It would be kinda tough to associate the car with a company vs. a person.
