Do I really need big brakes?

Hey all. I'll be getting my Turbo this summer from Hal and am wondering if I should jump on the group deal for the precision big brakes? And if I should, which setup do you guys recommend? Figure I would ask the ones with Turbo before trying to figure it out myself. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes you should definitely jump on the group deal, then we'll have ten people so we can start ordering But seriously if funds permit it would be a good investment with the turbo. And the setup would depend on money and how much power you plan to put down, if you have the money get the 6 piston calipers and 2 piece rotors, I think you have to upgrade your master cylinder with the 6 piston setup. I'm going to be going with the basic kit with powdercoated calipers, my car's supercharged so I won't running any rediculous power as you might with a turbo.

I asked myself the same question. Are you going to be on the freeway doing 90+miles per hour and hitting the brakes every couple of seconds? if no then if you really dont need the brakes. A set of stillen or other brakes will stop the car just fine. Now if you have the cash lounging around jump on it.
