Turbo question
What if i took two stock 300zx turbos and bolted them inline. I know TT is not possible due to space probs with the rear exaust bank. But what if to got enough exaust from the front bank to run. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
justin

And I think I know the base behind it, less lag. PLEASE correct me if I am worng.
And just to ask the blinding question, why does the skylines keep the TT? ( I'm fishing )
I have not seen on with a single upgrade, although I am sure there is.

I think the reason you don't see many single turbo upgrades on 300zxs is because they asre V configured motor and space is more limited for crazy pipiing and bend(just a guess). I'm no expert but from what I've seen and from common sense its much easier to convert to a single turbo setup on a inline configuration motors(ie- Supras and Skylines) since the manifolds are all on one side.

Also all the RX-7 TT guys goe single when they want more powah. You really can't go single in the mitsu/300z/audi S4 etc.. because there's no where to put a big single. They would if they could but don't because they can't.
And why would you really want to concern yourself with lag if we have a 3.0 liter engine w/ relatively high compression to start out with?
