350Z injectors

Has anyone tried to see if 350 injectors fit in 5th gen?

I know 300Z injectors are upgrades for 4th gens.. but what about 5th... as far as i know no one has actually tried.. but maybe (hopefully) someone has.

We're still trying to figure this one out. 350z and the 5th Gen injectors have IDENTICAL part#'s which is encouraging but we need to send some stock injectors to RC for testing to be sure.

No problems at all w/the turbo kit. Cars running great. Adding injectors will be awesome though.

Deac -

Worst thing that can happen is you drop $450-$550 on RC Engineering 440cc injectors and IF they don't fit, you can probably sell them on the 350z boards easy enough.

Just an idea, since SOMEBODYs got to try it.

I'm willing to do it man... Its just that junkyard situation didnt work out the way I planned. Still no luck w/the stock injectors to send to RC to compare w/the 350Z ones. But I definately want to do this.

Deac

If they have the same part number then they are the same injector, right? So there's no advantage in going to a 350Z injector. Sorry if this has been hashed out before, I didn't really follow that other thread very closely.

We're only trying to confirm 100%, before he orders higher flowing 370cc or 440cc RC versions not OEM injectors.

Yeah... in the other big injector thread we covered this. Basically, if 2k-2k1 max injector part #'s are the same as the 350z injector part#, then theoretically, any hopped-up injectors made for the 350z should fit the 2k-2k1 maximas. Of course we would'nt want to upgrade to just the stock 350z injectors... we would want the better ones that RC makes. We need a stock 2k-2k1 max injector to send to RC for testing first though.
