i found a skyline turbo, intercoller, adn blowoff valve on ebay for around 500 dollars for all. would it be possible to have custom piping made and to have this installed on my max? also, are there any aftermarket engines that will fit in a max?

Anything is possible....how much money you got? Why would you want an aftermarket engine? Nothing wrong with the motor you have. It should handle boost fine if you do everything right. :P

it depends on which skyline engine the turbo came off but more than likly its way to small because the big skyline engines came with twin turbos

 

Why bother, just get a rebuilt turbo if you concerned with cost. The oem turbos are worthelss for your maxima.

Yeah, they are pretty small. My friend had an RB26 at his shop a while back. I think it was off of the R33 GTR and the turbos were puny T3's.
