Turbo Auto

I was wondering what everyone thought about turbo on an auto tranny. I have heard that is can kill your drivetrain. Is there any truth to that? Seems like turbos aren't really made for auto's but is it possible to get one and it not kill your car? Just wondering.
Peace.

More than likely i get to go N/A.
