Needing Internals

I was just wondering and I'm sorry if it has already been posted, but I have not been on the forum in awhile, if there are any kind of aftermarket internals for our cars. Like rods, pistons, valve springs, retainers, cranks, rings, gaskets etc... Basically I was just mainly focusing on rods and pistons, but while I'm on the subject I might as well ask about the others as well. I am wanting to know if there are any big name brands that make rods or pistons for are cars. Names like Crower, Arias, JE, etc... I have heard of some of the boosted guys with built rods but they were brands that I had never heard of and don't know to much about. Also if anyone could provide any information on some of the other things it would be very helpful, maybe things like titanium valve springs & retainers and a steel crank. Thanks.

Nobody has "off-the-shelf" rods/pistons for the VQ30DE, but any of the companies you listed should be able to custom make them for you. JWT offers heavy duty valve springs and retainers. Stock crank is forged.

Thanks I appreciate it and I'll probably check out those companies to see how much some custom setups would be.
