Yes, some of the gaps at the couplers were ~3 inches apart. The bends and lengths were not correct. I have 2 spots where I had ~6 inch couplers holding the piping together.

The BOV rested on the radiator hose.

The pipes were painted, not powder coated, they were rusting.

I think that should cover it

Looks good. Why did you choose powder coat over aluminum ic pipes?

Looked clean, almost stock. And they are Aluminumized steel pipes.

They do look good no doubt. I was speaking of real aluminum, not alum-steel. Although more expensive and harder to find (and find someone who can weld it well) - I think it's worth it for the cooler charge temp. Something to think about for round 3 ?

The price on these pipes was awesome.

And I the shop that did the welding can do aluminum, but I did not want to pay the price for it.

Round 3 is coming soon. More whp.. I just got in a part for that today.

Cool I wish I had an oven and a garage. I would do my own ceramic and poweder coating.
