okay, since this is the supercharged/turbocharged section...this maybe the right place for this question.
what the heck is this????? it claims "better fuel consumption" and "more power". i can't decipher how it actually work.

looks like it's supposed to aerate the fuel going into the combustion chamber... or something like that...
