i've found acouple of turbos like the ones on turbo-kit.com and jimwolftech but i was wondering if there were any other ones that weren't so expensive. my friend just got a $400 turbo for his eclipse GSX and so i'm kinda pissed. thks for reading

No you can get a turbo pertty cheap sometime off of ebay but you have to know what you are looking for.
As far as the whole kit it will be expensive, or you can make one yourself. That if you have a welder and some skills. I made my kit for like $700 with out any tunning mods though.

 

You have to know what type and size turbo your comparing to know if your getting a good deal. Just because you friend got a turbo for his car for X amount of dollars does not mean anything. You could spend $100 on a used T25 off an SR but is that a good deal since it is useless for your car? You can find a little bit of a lesser brand turbo that is still decent, brand new, and right for your size motor for $400.
