I was quoted by Phil at http://www.importperformanceparts.net/ on pistons and rods...$600 for custom pistons w/rings from JE pistons, and $790 for con. rods from Pauter Machine. With about a 7-10 week waiting period though 
Does this sound low, or is it just me? When SGP (very popular company for built engine pieces as of late) has pistons for 1100, and rods for 1100. Any opinions are appreciated.

Any opinions are appreciated.Those prices are both low as ballz. I'd hold them to those prices and buy away. Matter of fact, that's damn close to 60% price on VQ35 stuff...
