v2 question??

what would be needed to make a v2 kit for a 4th gen fit on a 5th gen car...?
is it worth it?is it a hassle?
easy?difficult?
thanks for any feedback

The piping is very different on a 5th gen then on a 4th gen.

Id just get a 5th gen kit if I was you. then you have to get the piping for the 5th gen and its going to cost over $120 from stillen.

So what is the reasoning for 5th gens using a crossover tube? Is it simply a clearance issue?

the 5th gen maf is weak and the sensor falls off the post.

So how does the crossover tube solve that? And wouldn't '99s have the same problem (I thought '99s were more like 2000s than '98s in that regard)?

it puts the maf on the non charged side.

Ahh.... I got you. Wow, doesn't that throw off the computer since the MAF never sees the boost?

And, as I asked prior, would '99s not have the same problem?
