I am sorry if this is the incorrect forum but i wanted to post it in here because of all the emanage users. Ok i have been looking into getting a Nitrous setup for sometime and i am thinking of getting either the Zex wet kit or the NX wet kit jetted for a 30 shot. I know i need to retard timming when it is activated so my question is using the emanage timming harness is there anyway to setup a timming map that will have 2 degrees of timming pulled and have it activate only when the nitrous is activated?

 

The eManage can retard timing, however not only when N20 is activated. Get the J&S Safeguard...there isn't anything safer for boost and N20 together.

Can't afford a $50 dyno, but you can get a built tranny, N20, water injection, blah..blah?

 

BTW, you still haven't emailed me your *.GSC eManage files.

 

Well i finally have money and have paid off all my bills for school. The nitrous is going to be a birthday present.

well do you want me to email you the half *** finished version or do you want till i get the car back tommorow. The shop just said my car is no hitting 13 psi instead of 9-10 like i have been getting. They now have to re-tune for the gain in boost

One other thing Chris, make absolutely sure you put TWO disks in your car to save the files too and dyno in 3rd gear.

 

I will be dynoing when i get back from Key West which will be around June 13. The dyno is booked up all next week and i will be leaving that following monday . I kinda wish i was going to Maxus though

 

Don't forget the disks and 3rd gear or I'll never forgive you.

Not to mention I won't pay you your $50 *IF* you exceed 350whp non-corrected.
