05 altima or maxima w3.5 supercharger kit available

I checked Stillens website not showing any available kits. Are they under development. Thinking about buying an 05 altima Se-r.

last time I talke to SSR they were onder development of one for our 6th gens, but it seems like all the SC or TURBO talk is bullsh!t so far...

the company that made HONDAETR's turbo was going to look into making one for our gens also...

but still haven't heard anything solid...

it will prob come out for the altima before the maxima though..

they got the SC on the G35 to 427hp........ turbo on the Z 350hp.....

so thats just a ballpark you can expect.... you can go more, but around 450hp you need to upgrade the internals in the engine...

The torque steer is already bad enough with an N/A 3.5. You can use the 4th gen SC kit if you drop a VQ35 in your 95-99. Base boost on a 3.5 (350z kit) is something like 410whp at 7psi.

is this possible JC? dropping a 4th gen SC on a 6th gen 3.5......... I'm looking for a way to boost my 6th G. another thing I was looking at was the Z SC, and the Z turbo manifold for a turbo install, then find someone to run pipes on it..

let me know so I can add another option to my list.. thanx

No I was talking about dropping a VQ35 in a 4th gen. It's much cheaper than buying a 5.5 or 6th gen anyway. 11 seconds for 10k, car included, now that'd be awesome.

Last I heard they were trying to adapt an SC kit for 5.5 gens, Altimas, and 6th gens, but they're taking it slow.

nah... he said drop a 3.5 in a 4th gen, a 4th gen with a SC give you around the same power as the 3.5 by itself... and the 3.5 swap is cheaper than a SC...

thats what he meant..

i think...

You use the 3.0 timing chain on the 3.5 if you're swapping it in a 4th gen. Then you put the 4th gen SC kit on, and get torque steer in 4th gear.

I won't be going this route yet... I still need to find someone with knowledge on this install before I will get into it...

I'm just glad that we have an option available...

on a 4th gen it gave it about 60-70hp I wonder how it would do on a 3.5... cause that would be 320-330hp on our engine..

insane, ,,,,,,,,,,,,, a S/C VQ35... fwd !!!!!!

I'll have to stop reading those kind of posts.
Let see 10000$ for a 98-99,,, 2000$-2500$ for the VQ35 swap..........

++ a used S/C kit.... around 15 000 $ is cheap for the kind of performance that I can get.... And this is a 4 doors sedan.

I have to stop reading maxima.org
