About how much did you spend on parts? Id do all/most the fab work my self, and my friend works in a turbo shop so he can help me with the hardest stuff. Thats pretty much the exact same that I wanted to do....A very nice clean setup with custom high flow headers. How well do you think it would respond with a slightly smaller turbo? Im looking for a good percentage of the boost around 2200rpm. Not full boost or anything, just a good amount of it.Oh and what kind of HP/boost are you running? Have you done any intake or exaust porting? Do you have the stock cams?

I dont deny it that haveing a smaller turbo on my kit would make it perform better at the boost levels im running now, even so i still can hit 3-4 psi at 2000 rpms. I went with the big turbo for one,i have rather high boost plans and second.... it was cheap. Right now im only running 6 psi with a completely stock 170,000 mile moter no porting no cams no nuthin, moters never even been out of the car. i can honestly say even though i have a massive turbo, my car isnt only a highway car.

The bolt part number is 16432-V5300

The washer/gaskets that go along with it 15193-P9000 Qty Two per bolt

I used this bolt then fabricated an adapter that goes from 12 mm banjo to 4AN which is how i connected the Stainless Steel Braided line to it. i might be able to make that oil adapter (banjo- 4an). the headers and Y pipe... im debaiting on whether i want to fab up some kits or not

If you do fab a kit let me know. The problem I'm going to run into with my setup as is, the alternator, front engine mount cooling fans will block where the turbo mounts as well is a good chunk of the piping. If I can move this over the bellhousing, it'll work out much better.

That sounds awsome. Have you dyno'd it yet? Im thinking maybe just one size A/R down should be egnough spool and fun for me. The more I think about it the more I def want to get started. High boost plans...20+psi?? Sounds sick. Oh and what injectors are you running now? Any add ons to help the computer manage the turbo?

Nope, havent dynoed yet. Cant wait to though. IM upping the boost to 10-11 psi next week. My buddy is doing a very similar setup to mine very soon on his max (notice two sets of headers,y-pipe,and downpipe in some of the pics) he is going to be running a 1.15 A/R turbo so we will see how that spool, i rather anxious to find out. Im running 550 cc/m injectors along with a fully programable factory maxima ecu (via romulator + live edit) works awsome.

Trannys good so far, i am only running 6 psi... im uping the boost to around 11 in the next few days so we shall see. Im guessing my tranny will do alright with the setup i have right now since i have a big turbo that never really hits hard. the power always comes on silky smooth
