Here is the turbo, it is a garrett t3/60-1 turbocharger. Here are the stats:

HIGH FLOW 76 TRIM stg 3 wheel

supportable of 575whp!

With those stats, I assumed the turbo should start spooling at about 2500rpm on the vq35 and hit full boost at about 3500rpm. Does that sound right? Correct me if im wrong.I need to know ASAP before I make my decision wether to order this turbo or the garrett gt35R. Thanks.

 

I have the same exact turbo and I see full boost at 3000-3500 rpms all the way up to redline....Boost doesnt fall off...

 

You know what I think about it. Just responded to your PM. When it spools depends entirely on your piping setup though.

 

Im going with a reverse y-pipe setup, like most of the other custom turbo kits for the maxima's, and also like pimpjuice had his 3.5L setup. But i think im leaning toward the garrett gt35r turbo again.......man this **** is really getting to me......too many options...LOL......
