Weird CEL code...

Well I finally got my first CEL since I went turbo however the result after finding the code was somewhat puzzling. The first code I got was an 0505 which as we all know is a ghost code and dont mean anything. I reset it thinking everything was peachy then an hr later I get another code. This time its 0509 so I looked it up and its undefined... so I reset the ecu again. I drove around for another while, turned the car off with no CEL to go in a store. When I came back out, started the car and almost instantly i get another CEL and the same code.
I reset the ecu again but I think theres a pattern, car runs without CEL after initial reset. Then when the car shuts off for a few minutes and starts again the CEL kicks in. I tried this a few times and it seem consistent. The car runs fines, idles fine and had no cel since I got it back a few weeks ago, so I cant tell if anything is wrong, so now I'm completely stumped. Anyone got any suggestion?

BTW- I also seem to get a little hesitation at 4K and 4.6k rpm. It seems like a bog, since this is my first turbo car I have no idea what it is and it happens only once in a while. I almost want to say its boost flutter since boost also drops for a split sec when it bogs but again I have no experience with this so I wonder what it may be. I think I narrowed it down to my boost controller since it only happens with it on. I also wonder why I see 6.0 psi when I have a 5 psi wg spring with the boost controller off. It holds steady at around 5.5-6.0psi everytime and never goes any higher.

Wastegate springs are not always exact, although they tend to be fairly accurate most of the time. What you will get with them is consistancy. Exhaust can effect how much boost you see. I see a consistant .62-.65 bar with my cut out closed. With it open I see a consistant .7-.73 bar (.7 bar spring)

As far as the code goes

Well I took the o2 out and it was completely black so I wiped it down and cleaned it with rubbing alcohol/carb cleaner. I put it back in, I have yet to drive it but I did reset the ecu. Also last night I pull the code again and it was only the 0505 code. WTF?

Are your O2 sensors in the stock position? If its an 05xx code, shouldn't it be emissions related?

the rear bank is in the stock location but the front (the one I'm getting the code from) isn't. Its actually reading both banks since its further down the pipe. I have no idea why the guy relocated the front o2 when stock location would have be just fine but I really have not found any problems with the CEL. The air/fuel ratio hasnt change and there seem to be no performance affects other than the fact that this tank it seems like I'm getting bad mpg but before the CEL I was still getting 350+ to a tank even with boost.
