wiring

I'm trying to install this A/F meter on the ride and I can't find the signal. I tried all three and nothing makes it work like it's surpose to ,is there anything I'm missing or something you guys could tell me to help me out.

If you want a real check on how your car is running get a Wide Band Air fuel controller with Gauge mounted on your dash. The A/F meters you buy from Autometer and similar product companies are merely just pretty sweeping colors.

Well damnit I want my pretty sweeping color !!!! Plues it was a gift so I'd like to use it. Can I PLEASE get a digram or something, the HANES book doesn't have one for this Nissan for some reason.

Its the white wire at the o2 sensor be sure you have good conection

I did that and nothing,just sat at green...or am I surpose to drive and then it starts sweeping ? Excuse my ignorance I'm new to the digital guage installs. One last thing,did you attach yours right AT the o2 or further up in the wiring harness ? I tried the part of the harness in the bay..didn't work out so well.

yeah that wire switches over or some thing like that. Go to the o2 and tap the white wire out of the sensor.

BUT no I dont have one of these in my car

I shoulda figured cause that's what my buddy did with his honda,granted the o2 is like RIGHT THERE.
