Griffin Radiator, where the h3ll do i get one?!

I have messaged Jdmmax and a few people, and have gotten no response on this. I know they make them for the 4th gens (griffin), but i cant find anyone selling them.

I need a new radiator BAD, and i had my mind set on the full aluminum griffin radiator...can someone link me to a site or ebay sale? or give me a phone number or SOMETHING?

Thanks in advance

An ebay search for griffin radiator turned up quite a few auctions. I don't know the measurements for a stock replacement, but I'm assuming that's all you would need to know. The inlet/outlet would have to be on opposite sides, diagonal from each other.

http://griffinrad.com/ is the official website. I'm sure they have a vendor list of some sort.

Here were my results with the caked up OEM radiator last summer.

Thats the griffin rad I ordered from B&E. If you look to the left of the radiator cap, GRIFFIN is stamped on the metal.

jdmmax told me he's ordering one for me. Havent heard back from him about it yet. I wanted to do it when the motor is out and I figured I would have it by now. Ill give B&E customs a call on Monday.

Hey 98SEBlackMax, did you paint your engine bay during your motor swap ?? Looks pretty good. Did you tape everything off before hand ?? How did you go about cleaning your harness,? Mine is really bad. I have my motor completly stripped down, and it will be out next week. DEK in, DE out !!

Yeah I shot some aluminum engine paint on the DEK when it was out, kinda of quick job but it came out decent. All the bolts that got painted were replaced with stainless steel hex sockets or new bolts.

The whole entire bay was stripped down to bare metal, so there was no need to tape anything. Every suspension and engine bay piece that was rusty was sand blasted and painted with POR15.

I integrated the extra VI wiring and SMT-6 wiring to the main harness then I retaped the whole thing with electrical tape.

It's funny how much work was performed now that I look back on it, feels like it took me only one weekend. It took me over 3 months to do all of this...

I think about $400

Yea thats the same thing I was wondering with the clearance. I will see when I get it, shouldnt be an issue. There is a bit of room I can gain with pushing it a bit towards the engine.

Called B&E today. 4 month ETA on a radiator from Griffen. They tell B&E it takes 4-6 weeks but he told me it usually takes 4 months to get one in.

I called B&E customs the other day to order a 0.9 bar Griffin radiator cap. The guy I talked to said Griffin has a huge backlog of orders to fill. I was told it would take months to get an order from them, so expect a long wait time.
