manifold vacuum?

where is the "manifold vacuum" referred to in the Stillen install instructions for the s/c (p.12 of 14, p. 68 of ptatohed's instructions) a photo or better descriptor, anyone?

Anything past the TB is vaccum. You can tap any vacuum line that comes off the manifold. Theres a line coming off the plenum near the firewall thats good to tap. Also alot of guys tap the vac source for the stock fuel pressure regulator for their vac source.
