What EGTs do you see during CRUISING/NORMAL DRIVING, and where is the probe placed?

Curious what sort of EGTs you guys are seeing during cruising and normal driving. The reason I'm asking is because I am going to be wrapping both my up-pipes to the turbo and the downpipe. I just purchased the wrap online. It is rated at 1200 deg Farenheit continuous use, and 2000 deg F intermittent. I just want to make sure that this wrap is going to be sufficient to stand up to the intense heat seen especially in the turbo up pipe just off the stock log manifolds. I know the 2000 deg F is plenty for intermittent WOT bursts, but what sort of cruising EGTs are you guys seeing and where is your probe place at.

On the other motor, I was running between 1200F and 1400F at 3500RPM crusing at 85 to 100MPH.
