SAFC question-afl peak???

Checking the peaks on my SAFC-2 on my setup (A32 MAFS, 2.87" pulley on V-1, 370cc injectors, walbro 255 lph, aem afpr) I noticed that at peak, the "afl" (documented as Airflow Meter Usage) reads a MAXIMUM of 35.6%. This despite the fact that I peaked throttle at 100% and took the car up to a peak of 5800 rpm.

My question is this: Does the 35.6% figure mean that I am nowhere near maxing out my A32 MAFS? Is the SAFC read on the airflow meter usage determinative? I initialized the SAFC-2 with the settings indicated in an org post (4 in, 4 out) and left the other sensor setting alone. I set the number of cylinders and throttle sensor type correctly as well. I have a Z32 harness wired up, but if I am nowhere close to maxing out my A32 MAFS... obviously something is wrong....

I get 60%ish NA.

Unless the a32 maf can meter way more air than the a33, something's wrong.

ok...

I also hooked up an OBD-II scanner and kept getting a P01165 code... My only problem with the theory that this is a bad MAFS is that I am using a replacement MAF!!!

Make sure you selected the correct MAF setting during the set up process.
