BIG Idle Problems !!

Well I had an aluminum block made for my TB/IACV adaptor to bring the IACV closer to the manifold for cold starts. The car starts perfect now when cold.

I have a problem though, my idle is staying up around 1100 and I cant seem to get it to drop. When its cold, it idles around 1500 then dropps to 1100 Also a bigger problem, when I go around a turn, clutch in or go towards a stop sign with the clutch in, the idle shoots to 2000 and goes fast from 2000 to 1000 when the motor is warm. UP and DOWN, UP and DOWN !!! What Causes that ?!?!?

I dont get what it can be. Im running emange ultimate, the TPS is perfectly adjusted and the IACV is brand NEW from nissan. Is it possible a sensor problem by chance.

Anyone have any input ?? Crank sensor, something like that.

The entire IACV is brand new. Comes with the entire block with all three sensors

It's not part of the IACV assembly. Kind of a bad pic, but it's the silver piece up top.

Its that entire big peice ?? I thought that had to do with the EVAP system ?? I have that hooked up and everything...they can go bad ??

Its just an UP and DOWN idle till I stop..then it settles..CLUTCH in as im slowing down, up and down up and down. Cant be a bad TPS can it ??

I thought it was the stepper motor but I just checked the FSM and it is part of the EVAP. So much for that idea.

Is the little tiny screw on the throttle body adjusted right? The one controlling the base angle of the flap in the TB? I think it's called the fast cam idle screw.

How are your O2 sensors? Maybe it isn't going into closed loop correctly.
PCV valve stuck?

The tiny screw was not touched, just like the HAYNES manual sais not to. My O2 sensors are fairly new, PCV valve is new. Maybe ill buy a new PCV valve tomorrow and see....U think its that im using a Pathy TPS ?

Man the only thing I can say as you move the air paths for the iacv (making them shorter or longer) It will do differant things. I moved mine close and when I press the clutch in and the rpms dorp they hang at 2000 for about 4-5 seconsd then return to 900 idel?
