You can get away with 3.25" pulley with stock injectors and an FMU to bump fuel pressure. Once you go to the 3.125, you can run stock injectors but your going to be at almost 100psi of fuel pressure to not lean out up top....

I would recommend starting with the 3.125 and just get a set of 370cc injectors/Z32 MAF to balance out the injectors. That would a good balanced setup

Without upgraded injectors, I would stick with the 3.25" pulley so your not running massive amounts of the Fuel Pressure.

I'm hitting 100 psi with my 3.25 pulley. Don't go any smaller than 3.25 right now. Installing 370 injectors requires removing the manifold (like you won't have enough to do already), and the Z32 Maf requires some rewiring at the MAF plug. And of course, more money for the injectors and Z32 Maf. Get the beast up and runnning first with no problems, make sure you're hitting the respective boost level with whatever pulley you choose, and go from there. It's never good to install a bunch of mods all at once, it makes troubleshooting harder.

Also, what pulley is on there now? Because running a 3.25 pulley or smaller requires shaving one of the post legs (so the belt doesn't rub) that mounts the blower to the bracket.

IMO, I say start with a 3.25 or 3.33.

Hopefully, you've downloaded and read Ptatohed's Supercharger install write-up, found on Vqpower.com.

Good luck.
