Totally depends on what you have, what your goals are.

Starting from scratch, you need the full harness (all 3 connectors)

Do you have a wideband? Planning on having a wideband?

Are you planning on going MAFless and tuning that way?

Need more info.........

Stats:
3.125" pulley
Vortech V2 on matty's plate
stock ecu
one step colder NGK copper plugs
stock injectors but gathering a set of 370cc
Budget Y & B pipes, stock muffler
Wide Band port on B pipe IIRC
Only seeing 6psi

Aiming to reach 300hp.

Once you figure out where your missing 4 psi went, you'll be at or around 300hp anyway.

You'll need the following:
EU
Full harness

I also suggest getting the A/F harness since it's only about $25. You'll need it once you get a wideband and tie it into the EU, which is required if you plan to tune yourself, and won't pay for S/H twice. So, you have another $150-$200 in expenses ahead of you for a good wideband on top of the EU, harness, and cable. If you plan on tuning at the dyno (no need for your own wideband) disregard this stuff. W/o a wideband tied in, you'll miss out on some cool features like A/F auto tune. This is great for establishing a good base map, then tune yourself from there and turn the auto A/F feature off.

The pressure sensor/MAP is also nice to have. You might want to get that too since the A32 MAF probably maxes out somewhere in there.

True, but IMO, going MAFless requires a good amount of knowledge and time to set it up correctly. I'd observe the datalogs for the MAF signal first, and see if the maximum voltage has been exceeded and/or how close it is to be exceeded.

I could be mistaken. Where should the WBo2 be located?

I read an old thread where if you don't go the JWT route the emanage blue would work fine with just the 370cc injector upgrade and the stock MAF. Is the emange blue good enough and the ultimate overkill in this case?

That depends on how maxed out the injectors and maf are. Ultimate does a lot of really nice features that EMB doesn't even begin to touch. The possibility to extend rev limit, 2 step, better control and reading of ignition timing. It just depends on how serious you are and what your budget allows for, but for boost I would say get the Ultimate and some 555cc injectors.

WB should be after the join in the y-pipe, but before the cat if you have one.

As James has said, you should be around 300hp once you find the missing boost. What are your goals then? It's hard to recommend something unless we know what your goals and budget are. Also, how do you use the car? For example, would you want a 2-step limiter for the dragstrip? Do you want to raise the rev limiter at all?

His car is an auto so 2 step isn't going to do anything for him. I see no MEVI or 00VI listed either so a raised rev limiter is pretty pointless unless an IM is planned on in the future. Personally I'd be trying to fix what's already broken before adding extra complication to the mix...

Doh missed the auto thing. I agree...find the missing power first (but we've already reiterated that several times between all of us).
