In-Dash Gauge pods??
In-Dash Gauge pods??
Sorry if this is a repeat post, but i've seen a number of people put their gauges in the dash. Since my vehicle is RHD, none of the pillar gauge pods will be that great unless I get my passengers to relay the information to me. lol.
Where do you get the dash pods? I have to mount boost, oil and water temps in there.
Cheers guys

In Australia good question. Check ebay

see if they ship world wide

Check... this is not my car... but this is my IDEAL setup. I got a HKS triple dash din for $65, and now I'm in search of some nice AutoMeter Phantom II gauges to fit these bad boys in. I use to have a triple gauge pod, but that seemed to attract unwanted attention at night. This is more sleek, and sleeper like;

Plus I plan on adding a 4th gauge (nitrous) in one of the cup holders of a 97, and the second cup holder will hold the switches like this (again not my car)

Again another photo that is not mine... but you can also mount you gauges like this;

Or for those with new models... like this (not mine)

I don't have pics of mine, but I mounted two 2 1/16" gauges on the slot where my cruise/fog/dim light area goes. There isn't much depth, but I was able to mount my shallow depth (~1/2") A/F gauge and my J&S Knock Monitor Gauge. Cutting took a couple of minutes with a dremel.
Needless to say, you no long have access to those switches, but I never used them anyway. I will post a pic later on if a get a chance.
