Basically you'll want to read up and search about this...but in a nutshell you have 3 main options Rear mounted turbo, Reverse y-pipe and forward feed style. There are other creative options like midmount but i think only 1 person has tried that so far. All 3 have their pros and cons so there really is no "best."

I would highly recommend reading up on some of the build threads created. There are build threads for all 3 versions. Those threads contain a lot of what you're looking for. Then when you have a more information you can pose a more specific question
