difference between Tensioner pulley bracket from stillen and factory

what is the difference between the stillen tensioner pulley bracket and the factory one? also if anyone has one for sale please pm me and ill take it off your hands... thanks guys.

The Stillen bracket is at a different angle than stock so the adjuster can still be reached with the S/C in the way, and the bracket attaches to the V2 plate.
