DW 600cc injectors

I just bought some new dw 600cc injectors and noticed I can not see the pin hole for the fuel to spray out of. Is this a new design cause it does not appear cap can come off

its a new design, injectors are in and works fine

New as in just came out this year? or new from the last couple years?
